Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese, optionally with herbs
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 125 g cocktail tomatoes
  • Herbs, TK
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Put the can of tuna including (!) Juice in a bowl and mash it well with the cream cheese and herbs. The juice is important to make the whole thing nice and juicy. Put the beans in a sieve, rinse with water and drain well. Add the drained beans to the tuna.
  2. Remove the bell pepper from the casing and cut into small pieces. Also cut the cucumber into small pieces. Add both vegetables to the salad. Mix the salad once. Halve the small tomatoes and decorate the salad with them.
  3. A fresh leaf salad with a little linseed oil tastes good with it.
  4. Tip: The salad can be expanded as required. For example, my boyfriend likes it very much with corn, but I sometimes combine it with chickpeas.
