  • 1 ½ can kidney beans, roughly chopped
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Sweat the leek in the olive oil, fry the pizza spice, bell peppers and carrots, season with salt and pepper. Mash the kidney beans and mix with the egg, cheese, tomato paste and breadcrumbs. Stir in the vegetables and form small meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
