- 1 can kidney beans
- 150 g yourt, 1.5%
- 1 tomato (s)
- 0.25 ¼ cucumber (s)
- Salad, e.g. rocket
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper

- Put the yogurt in a bowl and dilute with a little water. Add olive oil, salt and pepper. Chop the lettuce, cucumber and tomato and drain the beans over a sieve. Then add everything to the yoghurt and let it steep a little.
