  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 60 g capers, drained (1 small lass)
  • Herbal salt
  • herbs, fresh (e.g. parsley, chives, marjoram)
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • some olive oil
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the kidney beans. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Put kidney beans, drained capers, onions and garlic in the blender or puree with the hand blender. The mass should be smooth, otherwise you may need to add a little olive oil. Then stir in the chopped herbs and season with salt and pepper. You can also freeze this spread well.
