Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the lamb`s lettuce and rocket. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Chop the pickled tomatoes. Mix everything with the pine nuts in a large bowl.
  2. Mix fig mustard with oil and vinegar. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. If the dressing is too thick, stir in a little water.
  3. Add the sheep`s cheese to the salad. Pour the dressing over it. mix everything. Finally sprinkle the grated parmesan on top.
  4. Serve as a main meal for 2 people with fish fillet or steak.
