Instructions
Wash and clean the lettuce and pluck or cut into bite-sized strips.
Mix the sour cream with the lemon juice and the thick juice or honey. Finely chop the herbs and mix with the sour cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Pull it under the salad as a dressing.
