Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and cut into thin rings. Wash and clean the pepper, cucumber and tomato and cut into small pieces. Add the olives and mini mozzarella. Then, depending on your taste, pour the chilli oil, balsamic vinegar and spices over it.
  2. A slice of ciabatta bread goes well with it, homemade as you like.
