- 1 red pepper (s)
- cucumber (s)
- 1 large onion (s)
- 1 spring onion (s)
- 1 small Jar olives
- 1 packet mini mozzarella
- some stalks parsley
- some balsamic vinegar
- 3 dashes chilli oil, to taste
- salt and pepper
- thyme
- rosemary
- Paprika powder

- Peel the onions and cut into thin rings. Wash and clean the pepper, cucumber and tomato and cut into small pieces. Add the olives and mini mozzarella. Then, depending on your taste, pour the chilli oil, balsamic vinegar and spices over it.
- A slice of ciabatta bread goes well with it, homemade as you like.
