We prepare all the necessary products for salmon and avocado salad.

We form a fish salad with avocado. Take a square shape 7 cm in size and 4 cm in height. We spread half of the salmon.
Layout a layer of rice. We tamp.
Layout the avocado layer. We also tamp it slightly.
We spread a layer of cheese mass. We tamp well.
Layer the remaining salmon and add mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
We make roses from strips of salmon. We decorate the fish salad with avocado with salmon roses
