Instructions

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs into cubes and place in a bowl. Chop the salmon and add. Season the natural yoghurt to taste with herbs, lemon juice, pepper, salt and garlic. Add, mix and let steep a little.
  2. Wash and drain the lettuce heart, then cut it into small pieces and arrange a bed on a plate and arrange the salmon and egg salad on top.
