Instructions

  1. Dice the onion and apples. Cut the chilli pepper into fine strips, remove the inside, otherwise it will be too hot.

  5. Sour the salmon fillet with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Fry in a non-stick pan with a little oil on both sides for approx. 5 minutes.
  6. Arrange the cooked hot fragrant rice with salmon fillet and fruit sauce on a plate and serve.
