Cut the washed and peeled onion, avocados and mango into cubes, as well as the mozzarella. Mix everything together. Quarter the tomatoes and add. Season to taste with 4 tablespoons of lime juice and salt and pepper.
Season the honey with a little chili powder and salt and pepper. Wash the salmon, pat dry and brush one side with the honey mixture.
Heat the butter in a pan and put the salmon in with the glazed side first. Now brush the second side with the honey glaze. Fry the salmon on each side for about 2 - 3 minutes and drizzle with the remaining lime juice.
Put the mango and avocado salsa on the finished salmon and serve with rice or baguette.
