Instructions

  1. Thaw the salmon, season with salt and pepper, place in aluminum foil, but do not wrap yet.
  2. Mix a marinade from honey, mustard, dill and olive oil and pour over the fish. Grab the aluminum foil and let the salmon stand for 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat and cook the fish for 10 minutes. Place on a plate while still hot, pour the remaining marinade from the foil over the fish and enjoy while hot.
  4. Potato salad goes well with it.
