Ingredients
- 6 salmon fillet (s), frozen
- 3 teaspoons honey
- 3 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
- some olive oil
- Dill, chopped
- salt
- pepper

- Thaw the salmon, season with salt and pepper, place in aluminum foil, but do not wrap yet.
- Mix a marinade from honey, mustard, dill and olive oil and pour over the fish. Grab the aluminum foil and let the salmon stand for 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat and cook the fish for 10 minutes. Place on a plate while still hot, pour the remaining marinade from the foil over the fish and enjoy while hot.
- Potato salad goes well with it.
- Note: For thin fillets, a cooking time of 10 minutes is sufficient. For thicker fillets, cook for 20 minutes if you like the fish to be cooked through.
