Ingredients
- 40 chicken wings
- 10 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
- 4 tablespoon honey, more liquid
- 4 tablespoon mustard, Dijon
- 4 tablespoon soy sauce, light
- 4 tablespoon lemon juice
- 8 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper, freshly ground in a mortar

- In a bowl, stir together the garlic, honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Put the chicken wings in a plastic bag and add the marinade. Seal the plastic bag and mix everything thoroughly.
- Put in the fridge to marinate for at least 1 hour, but better 24 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, place the chicken wings on a grill rack and bake for about 35 minutes, until the wings are cooked through and nicely browned.
- Tastes excellent both warm and cold.
