Chicken Wings in Mustard and Soy Marinade

As a snack for a beer or as an independent dish, I propose to cook chicken wings with me in a mustard-soy marinade.

Ingredients

  • Chicken wings – 1 kg
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Mustard – 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Hops-surely seasoning – 1 tbsp
  • Provencal herbs – 1 teaspoon.
  • Paprika – 1 teaspoon
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste (consider the salinity of the soy sauce)

Directions

  1. Prepare food. Wash and dry chicken wings.
  2. Prepare the marinade: mix mustard, soy sauce, mayonnaise, hops-surely, garlic passed through a press, Provencal herbs and paprika, add salt to taste.
  3. Dip the wings in the marinade and marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, lay out the wings in one layer.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes. Flip the wings over and bake on the other side for another 20 minutes. Chicken wings are ready for a beer!
