Ingredients

  • 40 chicken wings
  • 4 tablespoon ginger, finely chopped
  • 4 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
  • 12 tablespoon sauce, (hoisin sauce)
  • 2 tablespoon chili sauce, hot
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce, dark
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the ginger, garlic, hoisin sauce, chilli sauce, soy sauce, sugar and water in a bowl. Put the chicken wings in a plastic bag and add the marinade. Seal the plastic bag and mix everything thoroughly.
  2. Place in the fridge to marinate for at least 1 hour, but better for 24 hours.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 Β° C, place the chicken wings on a grill rack and bake for about 35 minutes, until the wings are cooked through and nicely browned.
  4. Tastes excellent both warm and cold.
