Ingredients

500 g chicken breast fillet (s)
9 teaspoons mustard
7 teaspoons honey
3 tablespoon dill

Instructions

Rinse the chicken breast fillet briefly under water and then pat dry with kitchen paper. Mix the mustard with the honey and stir in the dill if you like.
Now brush the chicken breast with the finished marinade and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Let the fully marinated chicken breast cook in the oven at 190 ° C (preheat) for about 25 minutes. Then fry the chicken breast in the pan until crispy and hot.
