  • Chicken legs – 1 kg
  • Soy sauce – 100 ml
  • Honey – 2-3 teaspoon
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Greens – 1 bunch
  • Vegetable oil – 30 g

  1. Wash and dry chicken legs, cut into portions.

  2. Peel the onion, wash and cut into thin half-rings.
  3. Wash greens and chop finely.
  4. Peel the garlic, chop finely or crush in a garlic bowl.
  5. Prepare honey-soy marinade by mixing honey with soy sauce. Add onion, garlic and herbs. Mix everything well.
  6. Place the chicken in the marinade. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours, or overnight.

  7. Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Put chicken pieces in honey-soy sauce in hot oil (peel the onions and herbs thoroughly).
  8. Fry the chicken in honey-soy sauce until golden brown over high heat (5-7 minutes). Then turn over and fry in the same way on the other side. Then put the onions and herbs, add a little marinade, stir and cover. Simmer on the lowest heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  9. The chicken in honey and soy sauce is ready. Serve with your favourite side dish.
