Marinade with Soy Sauce for Barbecue

It’s time for picnics. Adore. An interesting marinade for barbecue. The shish kebab turns out to be juicy and tasty, I recommend!

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Pork (lamb) – 1 kg
  • Soy sauce – 5 tbsp
  • Bulb onions – 3 pcs.
  • Garlic – 2-3 cloves
  • Lemon juice – 4-5 tbsp
  • Mustard – 1 tbsp
  • Barbecue seasoning – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper – 0.5 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Wash and dry the meat. Cut the meat into pieces with a sharp knife.
  2. Peel the onion, wash, cut into thin rings.
  3. Peel the garlic, crush it in a garlic bowl.
  4. Place the meat in a bowl.
  5. Add onions to the meat.
  6. Sprinkle with spices and pepper. Drizzle with lemon juice.
  7. Mix mustard, garlic, sugar, soy sauce. Add to meat. Mix everything thoroughly. Cover the meat with a lid. Marinate for 2-8 hours in the refrigerator. Fry kebabs in any way.
