Marinade for Barbecue “Fragrant”

What is the secret of a delicious kebab? Marinated, of course!

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil – 100 ml
  • Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons
  • Cognac – 3 tablespoons
  • Aromatic herbs – 1-2 tablespoons
  • Red pepper – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Pour oil into a bowl, squeeze out the lemon juice.
  2. Add aromatic herbs.
  3. Pour in cognac.
  4. Add pepper.
  5. Mix everything thoroughly.
  6. Put the meat, cut into pieces, on a platter, grease well with marinade and leave for 1 hour. Turn over and marinate for another hour.
  7. Fry marinated meat in any way convenient for you: on the grill, grill, frying pan, in the oven, etc.
