Ingredients

  • 600 ml soy sauce, mild
  • 500 g suar
  • 100 ml sesame oil
  • 1 bulb garlic, approx. 0 cloves
  • 3 spring onion (s)
  • 3 onion (s), about the size a tennis ball
  • 2 kiwi (s)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger root, chopped, about 3 cm root
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • chilli pepper (s)

Instructions

  1. Put liquids in a bowl. Add pepper and sugar. Roughly chop the garlic and ginger and add to the liquid. Cut the spring onions, kiwi and onions into rings or cubes and add to the liquid. If you like it spicier, you can add sliced chili peppers. Mix everything well.
  2. Put the meat in it and leave it to stand in the refrigerator for several hours before grilling. This makes the meat super tender and flavorful. For grilling, simply place the marinade directly on the grill.
  3. Proven to date with beef steaks, ribs, lamb and turkey.
  4. The quantities given are approximate and do not have to be followed exactly. This amount is enough to pickle the meat for 6 people.
