Instructions

  1. Briefly fry the smoked salmon cut into strips in hot oil. Add the spring onions cut into rings and fry briefly. Deglaze with wine and simmer briefly. Add the cream and let it thicken. Add the milk, the spices and the stock powder and let it boil down until it thickens. If necessary thicken with flour or starch.
  2. Ribbon noodles go perfectly with it.
