Ingredients
- 1 cup sweet cream, or cream substitute
- 1 pack smoked salmon
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 3 spring onion (s)
- 1 pinch nutmeg, ground
- 1 pinch chili powder, can also be omitted
- 1 pinch black pepper, ground
- 100 ml white wine
- 200 ml milk
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ broth or 1/2 cube
- 600 g ribbon noodles, alternatively rice or spahetti

- Briefly fry the smoked salmon cut into strips in hot oil. Add the spring onions cut into rings and fry briefly. Deglaze with wine and simmer briefly. Add the cream and let it thicken. Add the milk, the spices and the stock powder and let it boil down until it thickens. If necessary thicken with flour or starch.
- Ribbon noodles go perfectly with it.
