Ingredients

  • 400 g salmon fillet (s)
  • 2 slices salmon, smoked
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 2 piece (s) shallot (s)
  • 4 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 pinches salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • 0.5 ½ bunch chives, cut into rolls
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 2 pinches pepper
  • 4 slices white bread

Instructions

  1. Cut the raw salmon fillet into small cubes, cut the smoked salmon into small pieces. Peel the shallots and cut into fine rings. Mix with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, olive oil, 3 pinches of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 pinch of pepper. Let it steep in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, toast the white bread.
  3. Whisk the crème fraiche, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, chives, 2 pinches of salt and 2 pinches of pepper together in a blender.
  4. Serve the salmon tartare in a cup or something similar with the lemon and chives cream and the toasted white bread.
  5. Tastes good on a mild summer day.
