Ingredients

  • 2 liters water
  • 4 kg sugar
  • 30 elderflower umbels (can vary between 20 and 40)
  • 4 orange (s)
  • 2 lemon (s)
  • 50 g citric acid

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the sugar in boiled water, add the elderflower umbels, the sliced oranges and lemons and the citric acid. Let stand for 3 - 5 days.
  2. Then strain through a fine sieve or cloth and fill into bottles with screw caps.
