Ingredients

  • 4 or 6 chicken leg (s), depending on size
  • 6 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 6 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 lemon (s), including the juice
  • Tabasco
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix everything except the chicken and oil together well, then mix in the oil well, tablespoon at a time. The amount of Tabasco, salt and pepper should be adapted to personal taste.
  2. Place the chicken drumsticks in a flat baking dish or roaster, spread the marinade well over the top. Let rest in the refrigerator for about 24 hours.
  3. Place in the oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes (depends on the size of the legs) and pour the marinade over the legs with a spoon about every 15 minutes.
  4. This meal was one of my beloved childhood dishes, my mother used to do it a lot.
  5. We always had baguettes as a side dish. So you can pinch the marinade so nicely.
