Ingredients

  • 40 g oatmeal
  • 200 ml milk (1.5%)
  • 1 tablespoon almond slivers
  • 1 teaspoon raisins
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 0.5 ½ apple
  • some water
  • 0.5 ½ banana (s)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ honey, possibly

Instructions

  1. Toast the almond slivers in a pan. Then peel the apple and cut it into small cubes. Put the apple cubes in a saucepan and simmer for 2 - 3 minutes with a small sip (1 - 2 tablespoons) of water.
  2. Now add the milk, oatmeal, cinnamon, raisins and sliced almonds. Let the whole thing simmer for about 10 minutes while stirring. If necessary, add honey to taste.
  3. Put the porridge in a small bowl and spread half a mashed banana on top.
