Ingredients

  • 250 g lasane plate (s)
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed (minced meat)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 250 g tomato paste
  • 1 cube soup
  • 65 g butter
  • 65 g flour
  • 1 liter milk
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Heat some oil in a pan, in the meantime chop the onion and squeeze the garlic and add to the pan, simmer until translucent! Then add the minced meat and let it brown a little! Then add the tomato paste (I rinse the bowl with a little water and add this to the sauce and add some ketchup as an insider tip, approx. 5-10 tablespoon, depending on your taste) and the soup cube (crumbled up). Let it cook for about 30 minutes!
  2. Then remove the ragout sauce from the stove and add a little oregano, pepper and salt to taste!
  3. In the meantime, heat the butter in a saucepan, stir in the flour, pour in the liter of milk and bring to the boil! Let it boil briefly!
  4. Then take a large dish and first pour in a layer of bechamel sauce, layer the pastry sheets on top, then again bechamel sauce, on top of ragout sauce and then sprinkle with parmesan, then again pastry sheets, bechamel sauce and ragout sauce.
  5. Cover the last layer of dough well with bechamel sauce and sprinkle with parmesan and then bake in the oven at approx. 200 degrees between 30 and 45!
