Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the vegetables and cut into fine strips. Cover and cook in the melted butter with 6 tablespoons of water for approx. 10 minutes. Season with salt, sugar and some chopped dill. Grease a baking dish and add the vegetables.
  2. Cut the salmon fillet into pieces, season with lemon juice and salt and place on top of the vegetables. Cover with sprigs of dill. Warm up the hollandaise sauce and pour over it.
