Cut all the vegetables into small pieces and fry them in a pan with a little olive oil.
In the meantime, add salted water and cook the pasta al dente for about 8 minutes (according to the instructions on the package).
Cut the salmon into cubes.
Season the vegetables with salt and pepper. If you like, you can add a red chilli in fine rings to spice it up. Pour in the cream and let it boil down a little. Reduce the heat and let the salmon simmer on the vegetables. Drain the pasta and add to the vegetable and salmon mixture in the pan. Finally, finely chop the curly parsley and sprinkle on top.
