Instructions

  1. Thaw the salmon fillets. Divide into bite-sized pieces and add salt. Season the pepper and a little lemon juice.
  2. Heat the rapeseed oil in a pan and fry the salmon pieces vigorously. Add the cream vegetables and 200 ml of water to the fish and bring everything to a boil. As soon as the herb and cream mixture has dissolved, add the cream and bring to the boil again. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  3. There is also pasta or spaetzle and a green salad.
