Preheat the oven to around 200 degrees. Put the butter in a glass bowl and let it melt in the oven while preheating.
Cut the tomatoes into slices and place in a small baking dish. Pour the white wine over it. Rinse the salmon fillets under cold running water and pat dry with a paper towel. Then season with salt, pepper and paprika on both sides and place on the tomatoes.
Mix the melted butter with the dill. Then add breadcrumbs until a crumbly mixture has formed. Spread the mixture on the fish and press down.
