Instructions

  1. Cut the zucchini and peppers into cubes, heat the olive oil and add the crushed garlic with the diced vegetables. Steam for about 3 minutes. Then add the tomatoes and thyme. Let the vegetables simmer for about 5 minutes.
  2. Salt and pepper the salmon fillet and drizzle with lemon juice. Then fry the fish in olive oil.
