- Remove the skin from the salmon.
- Mix the ingredients for the marinade and sauce. Set aside half of the mixture.
- Soak the salmon in the remaining sauce / marinade for at least 30 minutes, preferably in a closed plastic bag.
- Then fry the salmon in olive oil. Bring the half of the sauce / marinade set aside to the boil briefly in the pan, pour over the salmon and serve.
