Ingredients

  • 300 g salmon fillet (s)

Ingredients for marinade and sauce

  • 4 garlic clove (s)
  • 2 teaspoons ginger powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper berries, pink
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.33 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Remove the skin from the salmon.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the marinade and sauce. Set aside half of the mixture.
  3. Soak the salmon in the remaining sauce / marinade for at least 30 minutes, preferably in a closed plastic bag.
  4. Then fry the salmon in olive oil. Bring the half of the sauce / marinade set aside to the boil briefly in the pan, pour over the salmon and serve.
