Instructions

  1. Cut the salsify and cut into 2 cm pieces. Cut the smoked pork into strips. Cut the onions into thin strips. Fillet the oranges. Roughly chop the garden cress.
  2. Gently mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Mix the dressing ingredients together, season with salt, pepper and sugar and use them to dress the salad.
  4. Sprinkle with freshly chopped tarragon before serving.
