Instructions

  1. Classic yeast dough preparation: mix and knead all ingredients. The dough shouldn`t be too dry or too moist. The recipe is for a large baking sheet but can be modified for pizza trays (then approx. 350 g flour). Yeast dough doesn`t have to rise !!
  2. For the topping: whisk everything together and spread on the rolled-out dough, then spread the chives (cut into small pieces) on the mixture, spread a few caraway seeds on top and at the very end spread a few flakes of butter on the mixture (because of moisture). Bake at 220 ° C for about 20-30 minutes.Great for parties and is quick and easy.
