• 250 ml hollandaise sauce
• 3 teaspoons sambal oelek
• 1 teaspoon garlic oil

Instructions

1. Put 250 ml hollandaise sauce in a bowl. Add sambal oelek as desired, approx. 3-4 teaspoon. If necessary, add a teaspoon of garlic oil. At the end just stir vigorously and you`re done.
2. If you like, you can still heat the whole thing in a saucepan.
