Ingredients
- 250 ml hollandaise sauce
- 3 teaspoons sambal oelek
- 1 teaspoon garlic oil

- Put 250 ml hollandaise sauce in a bowl. Add sambal oelek as desired, approx. 3-4 teaspoon. If necessary, add a teaspoon of garlic oil. At the end just stir vigorously and you`re done.
- If you like, you can still heat the whole thing in a saucepan.
