Hard-boiled eggs. To do this, put the eggs in a saucepan, add cold water, and bring to a boil. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Drain the boiling water. Cover with cold water. Refrigerate.
Peel the eggs cut them into circles.
Open a jar of the canned cod liver.
Cut the liver into pieces.
Cut the bread into slices.
Spread butter on slices of white wheat bread.
Put cod liver on top.
Cover the cod liver with circles of hard-boiled eggs.
Sandwiches with cod liver and eggs are ready. Decorate with parsley sprigs.
