Sandwiches with Cod Liver and Eggs

Simple and quick breakfast. How to make cod liver and egg sandwiches.

Servings: 4
Ingredients
- Bread – 6-8 slices
- Butter – 50 g
- Cod liver – 1 jar (100 g)
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Parsley – 2-4 sprigs (to taste)
How to make cod liver and egg sandwiches:
Directions
- Hard-boiled eggs. To do this, put the eggs in a saucepan, add cold water, and bring to a boil. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Drain the boiling water. Cover with cold water. Refrigerate.
- Peel the eggs cut them into circles.
- Open a jar of the canned cod liver.
- Cut the liver into pieces.
- Cut the bread into slices.
- Spread butter on slices of white wheat bread.
- Put cod liver on top.
- Cover the cod liver with circles of hard-boiled eggs.
- Sandwiches with cod liver and eggs are ready. Decorate with parsley sprigs.
