Instructions

  1. Peel the asparagus and cut into small pieces and boil in a little water (keep asparagus water and drink it, is well draining).
  2. Boil the eggs hard and finely chop the herbs. Mix the herbs with the yoghurt and the 2 tablespoons of salad cream and the spices (looks like green sauce), then cut the eggs into slices and add them with the asparagus.
  3. Fresh baguette tastes good with it.
