Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onion, pickles and eggs. Drain and chop the sardines and mix well. Add enough sour cream to make the spread spreadable. Season with herbs from Provence, salt and pepper.
  2. If you make the spread in the food processor, please do not mix too finely.
