Instructions

  1. Soak the gelatine in cold water. Heat the crème fraiche with sugar and a strong pinch of salt and lemon zest, do not boil. Dissolve the squeezed gelatine in it, allow to cool.
  2. Whip the yoghurt with lemon vodka, stir in the creme fraiche, fill in a ring shape, refrigerate for 2 hours and turn out.
  3. A fruit puree goes well with it.
