Ingredients
- 500 g yourt (whole milk yourt)
- 500 g crème fraîche
- 50 grams sugar
- salt
- Lemon (s), grated zest
- Vodka (vodka with lemon, zest and sugar
- 5 sheets gelatin

- Soak the gelatine in cold water. Heat the crème fraiche with sugar and a strong pinch of salt and lemon zest, do not boil. Dissolve the squeezed gelatine in it, allow to cool.
- Whip the yoghurt with lemon vodka, stir in the creme fraiche, fill in a ring shape, refrigerate for 2 hours and turn out.
- A fruit puree goes well with it.
