Ingredients
- 250 g pasta (macaroni)
- 400 g fish fillet (s), e.. redfish
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 leek
- 4 tomato (s)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 200 g cheese (Gouda), rated
- salt and pepper
- 250 ml vegetable broth or fish broth

- Cook the macaroni in salted water until al dente.
- Season the fish well and let it simmer in the broth. Take out and cut into cubes.
- Peel and chop the onion, cut the leek into rings and sauté both in a little oil. Eight tomatoes and sauté briefly. Then deglaze with sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Put the pasta in a baking dish and spread the fish cubes on top.
- Sprinkle about a third of the cheese on top. Now distribute the vegetables on top and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
- Bake at 200 ° C for about 15 minutes.
