Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 30 g butter
  • 250 g flour
  • 70 g water, lukewarm
  • 1 egg (s)

For the filling:

  • 80 g Nutella

For painting:

  • 30 ml heavy cream

Instructions

  1. The dry yeast is dissolved in the water, added to the flour and knead well with the egg, vanilla sugar, sugar and soft butter. Let rise for 45-60 minutes.
  2. The dough is divided into 10 pieces and rolled into thin strands. Roll out the individual strands into a rectangle and brush with approx. 2-3 tablespoon Nutella. Roll up and place on a baking sheet like a bagel. Let rise again until the oven is preheated.
  3. Bake at 200 ° for about 12 minutes.
  4. After baking, brush with cream while it is still hot.
