  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 0.25 liter ¼ milk, lukewarm

Instructions

  1. Toast half of the sesame seeds in a pan without fat until they smell pleasant. Mix both types of flour in a bowl with the toasted sesame seeds and salt. Mix in 1 packet of dry yeast and make a yeast dough with honey and milk. Let rise in the oven at 50 ° C for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  3. Then knead the dough again vigorously, divide it into 12 equal pieces and shape them into balls. Roll the balls on the rest of the sesame seeds into 25 cm long strands and close them into rings.
