Instructions

  1. Put apple juice in a large saucepan. Cut oranges into approx. 1-2 cm thick slices and place a clove in each slice.
  2. Add oranges, cinnamon sticks, honey and vanilla sugar to the apple juice and heat slowly. Not cook! Stir every now and then so that a homogeneous liquid is created.
  3. When the punch is nice and hot, turn off the stove and let it steep for about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Pour approx. 6 cl whiskey into a cup and fill up with the apple juice punch. I thought the mix was so very good.
  5. I took a middle class blend (scotch). I recommend choosing one with a caramel note. Depending on your taste, you can also use bourbon.
